Privacy Policy

Siftor processes professional creator profile data and collaboration workflow records so workspace members can discover creators, run outreach, and track campaign deliverables.

We do not sell personal data. We process only the data needed to operate the product, secure accounts, process billing, and understand product reliability and usage.

Data we process

We may process the following categories of data:

• Account and workspace identity data, such as email address, name, workspace membership, and role.
• Search inputs, saved searches, creator records, notes, campaign information, and collaboration workflow history.
• Billing and subscription records needed to operate paid plans.
• Operational telemetry such as performance, error, and reliability data.

Service providers

• Clerk provides authentication, session handling, and workspace identity services.
• Exa processes creator discovery search queries submitted through the search workflow.
• Vercel Analytics provides cookieless product analytics for aggregate traffic and usage reporting.
• Polar processes billing, subscriptions, and payment records for paid plans.
• Sentry may receive error and diagnostic events to help us detect and fix production issues.
• If enabled, the in-app feedback widget processes feedback submissions and related contact details.

Retention and security

We retain workspace records for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use access controls, server-side secrets, and protected API routes to reduce unauthorized access.

Cookies and consent

Siftor does not use an advertising cookie banner at launch. Vercel Analytics is configured for cookieless measurement. If we introduce new analytics or tracking that changes this posture, we will update this policy.
