Terms of Service

Last updated: March 10, 2026

Siftor is provided as a workspace software service for creator collaboration operations. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to handle creator and campaign data in compliance with the laws and platform policies that apply to your business.

During public beta, the service is provided as-is. Features, limits, availability, and pricing may change without prior notice while we improve stability and product fit.

Accounts and workspace access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, controlling workspace access, and ensuring that your team members only use the service for authorized business purposes.

Data processing scope

Siftor stores and processes account, workspace, creator, campaign, search, and reporting data required to operate the product. Third-party processors used at launch include Clerk for authentication, Exa for creator discovery queries, Polar for billing, Vercel Analytics for cookieless analytics, and Sentry for error monitoring.

Acceptable use

You may not use Siftor to abuse third-party services, attempt unauthorized access, violate applicable law, or interfere with the security or reliability of the platform.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, security incidents, legal risk, or material policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the beta service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We work to operate Siftor reliably, but you should not treat the beta as guaranteed mission-critical infrastructure.
